What we do with your data

Who we are. 75cl, a business of Antipodean Holdings Group Pty Ltd (ABN 69 692 578 091) runs 75cl.co, publishes Uncorked and is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect. Your email address and the date and time you entered it. If you ticked the news box, that choice and the wording you agreed to. If you buy a series, what you bought and when; the payment itself is handled by Stripe and we never see your card. Once you are signed in, which volumes you open and finish, so we can see what people read and improve the series.

Why, and our legal basis. Your email is your key to the reader: we use it to send your sign in link, to keep your devices signed in and to know what you have bought (contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We send you news about new regions only if you ticked the box (consent, Article 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw that with one click without losing access.

Who else handles it. Resend delivers our email, Cloudflare hosts the site and Stripe takes payments. Rewardful runs our partner programme: if a partner sent you, it sees your email address and what you bought so that partner gets credit. They act on our instructions only, apart from Stripe, which also keeps its own records of payments as the law requires. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it. While you use the reader, and purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Unsubscribing stops the news and keeps your key. Email us to delete your address altogether and we do it within 30 days, apart from what we must keep for tax and a minimal record that you asked not to be contacted.

Cookies and analytics. The cookie that keeps you signed in is set once you have tapped a link. If you arrive through a partner's link, Rewardful sets a cookie that remembers which partner sent you, so they get credit if you sign up or buy. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you. When you arrive from one of our links or adverts, your browser keeps a note of which one so we can tell which ones work. It reaches us only when you enter your email or buy. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights. You can withdraw consent to the news at any time with the unsubscribe link in every news email. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK you can complain to your data protection authority.

Age. 75cl is for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
